FOREST, Va. — Six Sweet Briar student-athletes were named to the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Sportsmanship Teams, the conference announced on Friday.

Across the ODAC, 246 student-athletes were honored in each of the conference's 24 sponsored sports. The squads are comprised of a student-athlete selected by the coaching staffs of each team to help represent the character of the conference on and off the field by promoting fair play and good sportsmanship.

Three recent graduates from Sweet Briar were recognized by their coaches and the conference: Rebecca Parrish (Golf, Abingdon, Md.), Claire Zak (Swimming, Saint Cloud, Fla.) and AJ Lukanuski (Tennis, Richmond, Va.).

Rising-senior Caroline Thomas (Appomattox, Va.) was recognized for soccer, while rising sophomores Kate Balding (Equestrian, Williamsburg, Va.) and Madison Harpham (Virginia Beach, Va.) rounded out the Vixens' ODAC Sportsmanship honorees.
