Lacrosse Upended by Yellow Jackets

ASHLAND, Va. --- With only two remaining Old Dominion Athletic Conference matches on the schedule, Vixen lacrosse concluded the week's league games on the road at Randolph-Macon College.

The Yellow Jackets flew out of the gate and took and early lead from which the Vixens could not recover.  Allison Hassard (Greensboro, N.C. / Grimsley) and Reba Gagne (Old Lyme, Conn. / Old Lyme) scored two goals a piece, but R-MC put 10 players in the scoring column en route to the 22-5 ODAC win.

First-year Emily Williams (Zionsville, Ind. / Zionsville Community) played the full hour in goal for the Vixens.  The lacrosse record now moves to 3-10 overall and 1-7 in the ODAC.
